Thanksgiving Eve Holy Communion Service
Wednesday, November 22 at 7pm
Join us on Wednesday, November 22 at 7pm for our annual Thanksgiving Eve Holy Communion service. We will be offering communion with the elements of bread and juice. This Special Service reminds us that we are ONE with the DIVINE that dwells within us. We feast on the WORD through prayer and meditation by acknowledging the Universal Spirit as the Only Presence and Power. We are filled with that presence and let it move in and through our lives and affairs in wonderful ways!
If you are joining us virtually, we suggest that you prepare your own communion elements in advance of the service. You will want to gather bread/crackers and grape juice. If you do not have grape juice, use your best judgment on a replacement (i.e., juice, water, wine). Our Senior Minister, Rev. Sylvia Sumter, will lead you through the spiritual communion. All you need to do is follow along during our virtual service.
