Join with us on Wednesday, November 24 at 7:00pm for our Thanksgiving Eve Holy Communion service (on our YouTube Channel). This special service reminds us that we are One with the DIVINE that dwells within us. We feast on the WORD through prayer and meditation; and by acknowledging the Universal Spirit as the Only Power. We are filled with that Presence and let it move in our lives and affairs in wonderful ways.
During the service we invite you to partake in our communion ritual from the comfort of your homes or wherever you choose to worship. Take-home communion elements will be available for pick up at the church this year on Saturday, November 20 at 11:00am to 1:00pm and on Sunday, November 21 at 9:00am to 11:00am.
You can also prepare your own communion elements in advance of the service. You will want to gather: bread/crackers and grape juice. If you do not have grape juice, use your best judgment on a replacement (i.e., juice, water, wine). Our Senior Minister, Rev. Sylvia Sumter, will lead you through the spiritual communion. All you need to do is follow along during our virtual service
