Walking Tours of Historic Washington, DC

Professional Tour-Guide and Unity congregant Russ Norfleet has offered to host walking tours of two DC neighborhoods. The first tour will be of the U Street/Shaw area – which is the neighborhood where our spiritual home is located. This is scheduled for Sunday, March 9th from 1:30 to 4:00pm. The 2nd neighborhood is Logan Circle on Sunday, March 16th, also from 1:30 to 4:00pm. Join Russ as he takes you on an informative walking tour highlighting the history of these District of Columbia neighborhoods. While Russ will not charge for the tours – he will graciously accept a love offering of $20 – more or less will be greatly appreciated — that will be donated directly to Unity of Washington DC. Participants are asked to meet in front of the church to begin the walk.
