Class Description: This 3-part workshop will focus on three key questions: What brings you joy? What knowledge, skills, or resources do you have now to help you reach your joy point? And What’s missing? The end deliverables will be a comprehensive high-powered analysis (quick study method), and an eight-task action plan (data-driven).
Facilitator: Patricia J. Williams is a dynamic community voice – literally and figuratively. A published author, spoken word artist/poet, and on-air broadcast personality/podcaster, Patricia’s self-proclaimed North Star is to “inspire, connect, and encourage others in pursuit of alignment with their highest purpose.”
A journalist by education and training, Patricia is a certified project and change manager, specializing in information technology enablement and people readiness. Patricia is an active member of the Federal city Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., is a Lay Leader at Unity of Washington, DC, and volunteers with non-profit organizations across the metropolitan area.
Patricia is a graduate of Westtown School, the country’s oldest co-educational Quaker boarding school. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism (Temple University), a Master of Arts in Education Policy (University of Maryland College Park), and a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Dayton.
Patricia was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, and is the youngest of 11 children in a blended family. Patricia lives in Washington, D.C. with her spouse of 19 years and their two miniature poodles, Coby and Lena Bug.
