Welcome to the Youth Education Department
Children’s Church Classes & Activities for all of our youth have resumed – Rainbow Pak, Uniteens & Y.O.U.
The Youth Education Department serves children during morning worship service. Our hour of service is uniquely called Rainbow Hour. The department is divided into 5 divisions.
In our classes, we teach basic Christian and Unity principles. We have a wide range of lessons and activities for children to participate. Class begins and ends during the same time as morning worship service (11 am -12 noon). Parents of children up to the 5th grade are asked to drop off their children and pick them up. Also, we have a Children’s Choir which meets from 11:30 – 12:15 pm on 1st and 3rd Sundays. The children sing during morning worship service on 5th Sundays and for special occasions. Rehearsals are held in the choir room on the lower level of the church around the corner from the Fellowship Hall.

Volunteer Today
The Youth Education Department consists of a director, assistant director, special events coordinator, lead teachers for each group and volunteer teachers.
We provide creative and innovative programs that meet the spiritual needs of all children. We are dedicated to the principle that God is Good and completely available to everyone. Through spiritual-based curriculum, activities, and retreats, children receive quality instruction and service.
Volunteers select which age group they would feel most comfortable working with. The director and assistant director work with volunteers on classroom procedures, the order of service, and provide materials for teachers to use in the classroom.
Volunteers inform the Lead Teacher (Director and Asst. Director) which Sunday(s) they would like to serve. Teachers are also asked to be on stand-by should any emergencies arise. Volunteers communicate with the Lead Teachers via phone and email. Lead Teachers confirm with the volunteers the week before they are scheduled to serve.
