Mindfulness practice is a direct path towards living life more skillfully. Mindfulness is a means of being present and aware of what is happening within one’s own body, mind, emotions and heart to achieve a greater sense of inner freedom and well-being. In the circle we work with tools and resources that will assist in practicing loving awareness, and kindness towards yourself and others as well as establishing the meditation practice of sitting and being with what is.
